PC Programs

Over the years I've generated some programs for the PC (all are DOS-based rather than Windows but all should run in DOS Windows).

I've coupled together all the small things into a Utils.zip file and the large file (a file manager) into a separate file called TreeDOS.zip

Of course all these programs are run at the downloader's risk but none have crashed my machine.
